I want to trade my home in Southfield for one closer to my family downriver. I am looking to move to Monroe, Lenawee or Washtenaw counties.
My house is 1386sf, sits on just over an acre with about 1/4 acre fenced in for a dog. It has a 2-car garage, 3 bedrooms and 2-baths with a U driveway. It has a new furnace/central air, new hot water heater, new dishwasher, both garage doors are new, both screen doors are new, new aluminum trim over the back door (not pictured), freshly resealed/stained deck and new plumbing. Taxes are $2,400 per year. The house is in an older couple neighborhood that is very quiet. My house is valued at at least 125k but I have not had it appraised. I have a clear title so I am looking for a title for title trade. I will pay for the title work for both of us.
I'm looking for about an acre, 2-car garage, 3 bedrooms, 2-bath house with 2000sf or more on a paved road. Acreage doesn’t matter as long as I don’t have neighbor’s 10ft from me on either side. I’m looking to get away from the city.
