Twelve Rivers Land Management is a commercial landscape maintenance company serving Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio. We specialize in maintaining HOA communities, apartment complexes, and commercial properties with a strong focus on professionalism, efficiency, and consistent results.
We are currently hiring Landscape Maintenance Technicians to join our team. This is a hands-on, outdoor position focused on routine property maintenance and delivering high-quality results across multiple sites.
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform weekly lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, and blowing on commercial properties
Maintain clean, professional job sites with attention to detail
Operate equipment such as stand-on mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers
Follow assigned routes and production goals to stay on schedule
Assist with spring and fall cleanups, including debris removal and bed cleanup
Perform basic landscape bed maintenance, including weeding and light detailing
Safely operate trucks and trailers (if applicable)
Assist with snow removal operations during winter months (plowing, salting, sidewalks)
What We’re Looking For
Experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not required
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong work ethic and ability to keep up with a fast-paced crew
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Attention to detail and pride in quality work
Valid driver’s license is a plus
